Rest and reflect

You worked hard this week. Why not call it a day? Better, tell your team to leave within next 30 minutes. Wish them a great weekend. Thank them for all their hard work this week. Tell the ones who have a hard time turning it off that you don’t want them engaged with work at all this weekend. Tell them that rest is a key component to long-term productivity. Rest and reflect. See you on Monday.
