Build relationships faster

The message from the data is this: we must build relationships with our new team members more quickly. On average, the younger generations stick with an organization for less than 3 years (via the Bureau of Labor Statistics). It may be an age thing. More likely it is because we are in an unabashed employees’ job market and they are moving quickly among opportunities. So, while we have them, we need to move faster to build the relationships. By doing so, we may have a better chance at keeping them around for just a bit longer. And, by doing so, we have a better chance at pushing even more great work out the door.
