We haven’t consistently done the long work of positioning our companies as the default choice for superstars. The first time they hear of us is in our LinkedIn ad.

Keep telling your story. Over and over and over. What makes your org the best place to join? What is your point of view? How are you doing it better than the next place? What’s it like to work in your company?

Choose your hard work. We can be out doing the hard work of telling our story and attracting the best, or we be out doing the hard work of beating the bushes and accepting whoever we get.
