The biggest difference? Future leaders invest their time in people and processes that will make tomorrow even better while other leaders spend their time trying to satisfy all incoming demands. It’s about investing time versus spending time. Orient your work toward investing time on the things that will eventually provide a return. Move away from spending your time on one-off activities. Just as it is with money – investing is harder to do (and less fun) than spending.
